is a professionally trained caterer. He has worked in
four & five star hotels in France & England including
the Inn on the Park, Four Seasons hotel and the Dorchester
on Park Lane, London.
In
these hotels he has gained experience as Head Waiter, Chef
& Conference & Banqueting Manager. He has also more
than twenty-two years’ experience of every aspect of Outside
Catering.
He
now offers you all this expertise to help organise a successful
and professional event.
Each
menu arrives with crockery plates and stainless steel cutlery.
The food is beautifully arranged and garnished on stainless
steel salvers.
