CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. All accounts are due for payment within 30 days of the date of the event; accounts not paid with that time will attract a surcharge of 2 1/2% for every calendar month until payment is made.

2. For new clients payment shall be collected on day of event unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Prices are quoted per head excluding VAT, which is charged at the current rate. Any alteration to numbers can effect the quoted price and variations require 48 hours notice, with some exceptions.

4. In the event of a cancellation a cancellation fee will be made on the estimated loss of profit suffered and administrative cost to date.  Certain exceptions apply at the management�s Discretion.

5. Losses and breakages of equipment will be charged in full.

6. For smaller functions, out of town, delivery and collection will be charged.

7. All deliveries require at least 24 hours notice to ensure availability of fresh produce.
