SPARKLING WINES & CHAMPAGNE

Our supplier has been inducted into the Guild of Cava Vintners, and we are pleased to announce the arrival of the new selection of the quality Cavas of the Capdevila Pujol family of Cava Blancher. The range is made entirely from the traditional four grape varieties of Penedes, and all have a minimum of 2 years maturation before disgorgement under the ‘methode champenoise’ technique. These bear no relationship with the popular range of cheap wines often bought at the multiples – and the only way to prove it is to taste the quality for yourselves.

Cava Blancher: Capdevila Pujol: Brut Nature
Minimum 2 years maturation before disgorgement No artificial or sweet additives to the dosage, to create the driest Cava possible.

Cava Blancher Blanc de Blancs Semi Sec
This is for those who have a sweeter tooth – but the additive is pure grape juice.

Cava Blancher Brut Especial
This is the family yardstick, with 3 years maturation (ie a Reserva wine)

Cava Blancher Rosat Reserva Brut Nature
A real Cava ‘find’. A Rose with 3 years maturation: made from Trepat with a touch of Cabernet.

CHAMPAGNE

Andre Simon NV Brut/Demi Sec
A standard Champagne in either Brut or Demi Sec

Cattier White Label NV Brut
A champagne from Cattier

Cattier 1er Cru Clos du Moulin.
Blended from the top cuvée wines of 3 years and winner of Luxury
class specification. One of the wines they offered on Concorde!
