1.All bookings are offered subject to availability upon receipt of written confirmation and verbal bookings should be confirmed within 14 days, or will be automatically released.
2.A non-refundable deposit of £1000.00 shall be required to book and confirm each function (see point 6). For smaller functions requiring only parts of TheHall then a minimum £250.00 shall be required to book and confirm.
3.Final confirmation of details - menu, numbers etc, are requested not less than 14 days prior to the function (certain exceptions apply). Should numbers of persons attending reduce by more than 10% from the original number guaranteed, then the original number will be charged in full.
4.Full payment shall be collected 30 working days before each event unless prior arrangements have been made with Dominique at Complete Catering Service only.
5.All organisers are held responsible for their parties and any losses or damages caused wilfully or by neglect will be charged for.
6.Notice of cancellation of a function must be given 90 days in advance in order for us to try and re-book the venue. In the event we are unsuccessful the full amount of the deposit paid will be retained to cover costs and loss of profits. Should the venue be re-booked, part of the deposit may be returned after administration costs have be levied.
7.All prices are inclusive of VAT which is charged at the current rate.
8.Whilst every effort will be made to hold quoted prices the management reserve the right to alter or amend prices and menus in exceptional cases.
9.All bookings and payments shall be dealt with by Complete Catering Service.
10.SATURDAY Complete Catering Service can only provide sandwich buffets on a Saturday as part of a Wedding Breakfast or large event, subject to manager’s approval.
SUNDAY to FRIDAY Sandwich buffets are available Sunday to Friday for any event.
